I stayed in a Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Beach View and Balcony. The ocean view from my room was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly, and they offered complimentary drinks when our room wasn't ready at check-in. That was a nice touch. However, I noticed issues like a damp feeling in the room and noise from the air-conditioning unit. The bathroom could use some updates as well. The complimentary breakfast vouchers became a hassle because we were charged for breakfast despite showing the vouchers. That left a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable stay. Plus, only one elevator was operational, which felt inconvenient and caused delays.

Staff was super friendly and really helped us feel at home. The views were absolutely stunning, especially from the balcony! The room balcony offered an incredible view that enhanced our overall experience. The beach right across the street makes it easy to enjoy the sun and sand.
